Ted is a Director in the firm, providing business valuation, litigation and consulting services. He is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). Ted has been providing business valuation opinions for both litigated and non-litigated matters for over 17 years, consulting on estate and gift tax planning, corporate dissolutions, partnership disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and eminent domain proceedings

In addition to his valuation experience, he has approximately 30 years of management and accounting experience with a variety of private industry employers, including international retail and investment management organizations, as well as a national real estate development company. Ted also has public accounting experience at both the national and local levels with such firms as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte and Touche.
