Sandy is a Director of Tax and Accounting Services and Litigation Consulting. She received her Master of Business Administration in Accounting in 1996 from Golden Gate University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 19 years of experience in public accounting. She holds a Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Sandy is an active member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) and the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA). She has been the Chair of the CalCPA-Sacramento Chapter annual golf tournament for eight years.

Sandy’s husband and family are the center of her world. She loves being with people, having fun and thinks laughter truly is the best medicine. Her passion is playing golf with her husband and friends.
